Products and Standards Policy
Expedition Events is committed to maintaining high-quality, authentic, and ethically responsible events. Exhibitors are expected to offer original products and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. AI-generated artwork, generic or commercially downloaded 3D printed products, and the sale or display of live animals, fish, insects, or other living creatures are prohibited unless specifically approved in writing. Any taxidermy, bones, specimens, or other animal-derived products must be legally and ethically sourced, and products or displays involving animal cruelty or inhumane practices are strictly prohibited.
